Our president manages the operations of the chorus, as well as coordinates with our executive and creative teams. This person conducts our board meetings and represents the chorus at community events.

Our vice president supports the president is their responsibilities, covering when needed. Our VP coordinates with the equipment manager. This person is the contact point for general questions and inquiries about the chorus. If you don’t know where to go or who to ask, reach out to our vice president.

Our treasurer manages our financial records and balances our budget. This person oversees membership dues, chorus expenses, and donations.

Our secretary records and maintains minutes from chorus board meetings. This person oversees membership enrollment, as well as coordinates with the music librarian, recordings manager, and historian.

Our communications coordinator manages the chorus' Choirmate account, which includes the rehearsal and performance calendar, membership roster, and seasonal repertoire. This person ensures that members have access to the information they need.

Our events coordinator is our contact point for performances and community events. This person schedules and coordinates appearances at local senior living centers, festivals, and musical venues. If you would like our chorus to perform for your organization or event, contact our events coordinator.

Our marketing coordinator is our contact point for the chorus' community partners. This person maintains the social media channels and the website for the chorus, including promotions, advertisements, and flyers. If you are interested in partnering or supporting the mission of the chorus, contact our marketing coordinator.

Our director leads our chorus during rehearsals and performances. Along with the assistant director, our director is responsible for selecting music for each season, auditioning soloists, and hiring instrumentalists and an accompanist.

Our assistant director supports the responsibilities of our director, ensuring all rehearsals and performances are covered. This person shares creative decision making with the director.

Our accompanist is responsible for learning and performing each season's repertoire. This person helps the chorus during rehearsals by playing the piano for vocal parts and song accompaniments. Our accompanist plays piano for all our community outreach and public performances.
